Melinda Atherton graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2012. She spent the next 6 years practicing in Ontario, Canada in both a general clinic and an emergency hospital. In the past decade, she has lived in three different countries but is happy to be returning to the USA. Melinda has a strong interest in emergency medicine and soft tissue surgery. While building relationships with patients and clients she gets to see puppies and kittens grow into adults-which is the best part of her job! Outside of the office, she and her husband fill their days entertaining their young son, Fraser, and rescue pups Stanley and Pug. In any remaining free time, Melinda enjoys cooking, baking, cycling, and card making.
