Convenience Care Appointment

This is a service that we provide for existing clients.

Convenience Care Appointments are a service we offer for our busy clients that struggle to find an open slot in their day to schedule during our conventional appointment times.  

The patient can be dropped off in the morning between the hours of 8:00am-9:00am (1 hour prior to our actual start of appointments). Upon drop off the client will meet with a member of the medical team to give a brief history of the nature of the appointment, they are then required to sign a consent form authorizing initial services that have been discussed. The patient will be comfortably housed and cared for throughout the day, and will have a designated time to be evaluated by the doctor.  

The client is required to leave a phone number to be available on between the hours of 12:00pm-3:00pm for a consultation with the doctor, during that time the doctor is able to discuss any further diagnostic work-up that might be warranted. The patient is welcome to stay until closing or whenever the client is available for pick up. Upon pick up, the patient will be discharged by a member of the medical team, to review any diagnostic findings, medications, or follow up that may be recommended.
